I baked him his favorite cake--red velvet with homemade cream cheese icing.
For dinner we had lasagna and salad.
After the kids were fed we took off to watch a movie at the theatre while my dad watched the boys.
We enjoyed being together and sweet hubby said it was his best birthday ever!
I am so thankful for a husband who enjoys simple birthdays at home surrounded by his family,
a hubby that works so hard to provide for his family,
a daddy that loves his children fiercely,
the spiritual leader of our family who is committed to leading his family and praying over us and our life and situations that may arise.
He truly wants God in the front seat leading us and directing our every move.
I am so thankful for a husband like that.
